Fraternity & Sorority Life promotes the holistic development of students through a values-based fraternity and sorority experience. We cultivate an inclusive community that emphasizes well-being, belonging, leadership, accountability, service, and organizational excellence.

WHAT WE DO
How we support the Trojan fraternity & sorority community
Advising & Coaching
Provide advising and coaching to four governing councils—IFC, MGC, NPHC, and PHC—and USC’s recognized fraternity and sorority chapters.
Standards & Accountability
Support chapter growth and organizational excellence through standards, accreditation, education, and partnerships with university and inter/national organizations.
Recruitment & Intake
Guide councils and chapters as they plan recruitment, intake, onboarding, and acclimation experiences that help students explore belonging and make informed membership decisions.
Leadership Development
Create high-impact learning opportunities that connect classroom knowledge with leadership practice, peer mentorship, reflection, and skill development.
Partnerships
Build relationships with students, alumni, advisors, families, campus partners, and inter/national organizations to strengthen the fraternity and sorority experience.
Advocacy & Student Support
Represent student needs, connect students to university resources, and provide support during moments that affect health, well-being, belonging, and organizational success.
Our work is measured by student growth and community impact.
We aim to create conditions where students can build meaningful relationships, lead with integrity, succeed academically, contribute through service, and leave USC prepared to positively influence the communities they join next.
